Linn Elisabet is a Berlin-based producer, DJ, and singer. Led by their own ethereal vocals, raw broken beats, and immersive sound design, their contemporary and transgressive interpretation of techno strives to reimagine possibility and desire. With a classically trained past in cello and church choirs, it is a given where their reverberant soundscapes and symphonic narratives have their roots. Linn Elisabet has released acclaimed works on labels such as 47 and Noise Manifesto, as well as their own imprint Acts of Rebellion. The label expands on Elisabet’s mission: making conventional functionality and restraining policies bow for non-compliance.

Acts of Rebellion releases alternative dance music questioning the border of genre conventions and traditional functionality. By fiercely representing diverse and transgressive expressions, the label aims to dissolve the mirages of destructive policies that hold underground dance back from its original cause. The imprint’s mission is led by artistic collaboration, transmedial expressions, and custom limited-edition releases. ACT affiliates include artists such as Metaraph, Raär, Angel Karel, and Amotik.
