Young, talented, charming and charismatic, Anfisa Letyago is rapidly becoming one of the breakout stars of tomorrow. Her musical journey began almost 10 years ago in her home town of Naples where she first began to experiment with Djing and productions, driven by pure passion. Fast forward to 2016 where she dropped her first release on the iconic dutch label Spinnin’ Records alongside Leroy Styles. ‘Stop Talking’ would eventually pave the way for her introduction into the world of electronic music, demonstrating her versatility as an artist and ability to stand out. Proving her prowess behind the decks from the get go, Anfisa has performed around the world alongside some of the biggest names in the game, such as Radio Slave, Pan-Pot, DJ Pierre to name a few. She’s commanded the stage at some of the biggest festivals in the world, as well as holding her own in more intimate settings, each time bringing her signature effervescent technique. Her touring schedule is varied, playing in venues such as Crobar in Argentina, Club Room in Chile, Pacha Munich, Watergate Berlin, De Marktantine Amsterdam, Barraca Valencia, Galerie Kurzweil Darmstadt, Thuishaven, Hyte Berlin and many others. Breakthrough DJ/producer of 2019: “Anfisa Letyago. I’m gonna put her on at Ultra next year, she’s a really talented live performer” – Carl Cox, DJ Mag, powered by Beatport. The past couple of years have seen Anfisa hone her talents and perfect her craft by pushing boundaries, experimenting and constantly evolving. Her current style moves between that of hard hitting techno, groovy deep house and the other realms of underground music. Taking everything she has learned throughout her years both on the road and in the studio, she combines these influences to form her polished signature sound. The result has seen her productions start to gain momentum on the scene, with the Tech House heavy ‘I Feel’ EP on Natura Viva in 2017 garnering huge attention and her ‘Bright Lights’ EP on Nervous records making a splash early this year. 2020 is set to be another big year for Anfisa, she has an upcoming EP slated for release on the infamous Rekids (with remixes from Mark Broom and Marco Faraone) as well as a remix for Berlin powerhouse Pan-Pot’s ‘Confronted’ on Second State and a remix for Tube & Berger in the works on their label Kitball. Her productions have won the support of many prolific fellow DJ’s such as Adam Beyer, Charlotte De Witte and the aforementioned Carl Cox who has gone on to be an ardent backer of her music by signing her 2 EP’s, ‘So Good’ and ‘Catch the Spirit’ to his higher regarded Intec label. Not one to conform to one genre, Anfisa has proven herself to be adaptable, most recently going back to back with DJ Pierre at ADE with a legendary acid house set. This subsequently led to her remixing the notorious ‘Phuture – Acid Trax’ as part of DJ Pierre’s 35th anniversary compilation release, alongside Carl Cox and Luciano, (available now on both vinyl and digital). It’s clear that her recognition amongst some of the biggest players in the industry, combined with her relentless touring calendar and jam packed release schedule, Anfisa is on her way to becoming one of the most in-demand DJ’s of the next generation of electronic music.

Specializing in pop and funk-based dance music, G.rizo has a versatile range with over a decade of musical excursions in electro, dub, hip-hop, disco, techno and house. Since then she has been exploring and experimenting with new equipment, recording with other musicians and performing live, in preparation for a long-awaited full-length album, to be released in 2018. Hannah Holland has played a pivotal role in London’s alternative and queer London club scene since the mid-noughties, arriving on dancefloors sharing electro tinged techno but equally inspired by the influential sounds of DnB and jungle heard at legendary parties such as Metalheadz, which she had frequented in her early teens. The cultural melting pot of London, community, musical exploration and the transcendent potential of dancefloor have always been her biggest inspiration. Having already been “borrowing” (and perhaps never since returning) Kraftwerk, Grace Jones and Talking Heads records from her parents, the influence of this metropolitan musical soup ensured that Holland emerged on the decks with a unique musical character and diverse taste, hallmarks of her sound that she has not lost since, whether undertaking residencies at iconic parties such as Trailer Trash, rocking Glastonbury’s hedonistic and spectacular NYC Downlow, or undertaking far-reaching marathon sets at Berlin’s Panorama Bar. Founded in 2009 as both a record label and party, Batty Bass began Holland’s outlet to explore the disparate strains of electro, acid, techno and house that drive her charismatic DJ sets forward, delivering party-friendly wax cuts from like-minded producers such as Josh Caffe, The Carry Nation, Mama, Lauren Flax and Justin Robertson’s Deadstock 33s. The imprint also provided Holland with a self-determined platform for her own music, memorably including ‘Paris’ Acid Ball’, an acid-tinged anthem that continues to summon voguing sweat in queer spaces worldwide. Holland scored another anthemic moment in 2017, in collaboration with longtime friend and creative partner Josh Caffe on ‘Fade To Me’, released on Crosstown Rebels, following the ‘Lush EP’ ft. IMMA/MESS, via seminal UK house imprint, Classic Music. Meanwhile, her powerful remixes of DJ Hell, Goldfrapp, The Knife, Planningtorock remain as forward-thinking and exciting as the acts themselves. In 2019, Batty Bass will release a wealth of new material from Holland herself, developed alongside her role writing, producing and playing with the dark-pop band, Black Gold Buffalo, who released their self-titled, long-awaited debut album in 2018. Capturing much of the same rave euphoria and timeless sound in her early work, Holland’s upcoming releases reflect the changes in the landscape of UK dance. Recent appearances have included Fabric for the extravagant Lovechild/Vogue Ball, alongside the notorious London underground parties Savage, Chapter 10 and Adonis. On the fringes of the capital, Holland is a regular at the annual Field Manuevers boutique festival, and across the Atlantic, has guested at the infamous US rave The Carry Nation, alongside her recurring appointments at Panorama Bar in Berlin.
